BEIRUT- Rahaf Abdallah of Khiyam was crowned the 2010 winner of the Miss Lebanon competition on July 8, 2010 during the annual ceremony, which was  0aired by the Lebanese Broadcasting Channel (LBC)

The 22-year-old winner beat out 15 other contestants for the victory after competing in the swimwear, evening wear, and individual questions portions of the contests. The ceremony was sponsored by the LBC as well.

Abdallah will compete with another south Lebanon native at the Miss Universe competition on August 23 in Las Vegas as Dearborn’s own Miss USA Rima Fakih from Srifa will also compete in the pageant.
