DEARBORN HEIGHTS — Patrick Bencher of Dearborn Heights was found loitering outside the Sacred Heart Church and School, 22430 Michigan Ave., while children were at recess. Bencher is facing indecent exposure charges. According to the Dearborn Police Surveillance Unit who watched over Bencher for days he was seen fondling himself a number of times as children played during recess. He was arrested and charged Friday with aggravated indecent exposure, a two year misdemeanor. His bond is set at $50,000 cash. Bencher will face Dearborn 19th District Court Judge Mark Somers during a preliminary examination on Feb. 11. In a statement Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad said Bencher’s behavior would not be tolerated.
