DETROIT – A health expo for the uninsured will be offered at Cobo Center’s Riverview Ballroom in Detroit on Wednesday, May 16 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., offering enrollment for various programs, health services and screenings, and a nutrition seminar among other programs. Among the screenings are dental, diabetes, and overall health checkups. 

Free parking is offered on the roof along with light refreshments and entertainment. Certain programs require a picture ID, social security card or proof of income. The event is being offered by Wayne County and other sponsors including HYPE Athletics. For more info, call 800.935.5669.
