DETROIT-On Thursday, Jan. 17 Wayne County Executive Robert Ficano will hold a rally in support of immigrants, and a federal mandate to provide driver’s licenses and/or ID cards to immigrant youths, that is not being followed by the Michigan Secretary of State’s office.  The rally will be at the St. Anne’s Hall to bring attention to the matter.   The rally’s location is, 1000 Ste.
