DEARBORN — The Michigan Association of School Administrators (MASA) recognized Dearborn Public Schools (DPS) for its anti-bullying program, which is now being used as a model in other school districts.  According to the district, MASA awarded DPS the Winners’ Circle award this year for its anti-bullying program.
