DEARBORN HEIGHTS — Beginning May 2, the HYPE Recreation Center will host the Jurassic Journey Dinosaur Exhibit, titled the “Burning Tree Mastodon,” for the first time in the State’s history.
The exhibit includes the 11,600-year-old skeletal remains of the Mastodon and over 50 dinosaur replicas that roamed the earth during the Jurassic period.
The HYPE Recreation Center (HRC) is located at 23302 W. Warren Ave., Dearborn Heights, MI 48127. Exhibit hours are 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. on weekends.
Individual ticket fees for youth, ages 4–13, are $6; ages 14 and older is $12 (kids 3 and under are admitted free). Groups of 20 or more are eligible for group pricing.
