DEARBORN — On Tuesday, Aug. 6, the Lebanese American Heritage Club (LAHC) hosted a dinner for 100 underprivileged members of the community. The event was a part of the LAHC’s ongoing efforts, through its “Feeding Our Neighbors, Supporting Our Families” program.
Byblos Banquets of Dearborn provided the food and drinks. Zaman International assisted in conveying the invitation to local families in need, so as to ensure that those who may not have the means to get out and have a nutritious and hot meal were aware of the opportunity and could attend.
Invitees also left with a bag of canned goods and backpacks, filled with school supplies in preparation for the upcoming school year.
