DETROIT — The body of 33-year-old Tiane Brown, a Wayne State University (WSU) Law School student was found this week near the former Packard Plant. Brown went missing Monday night, and was completing her third year in law school.
Two people are being questioned by police in connection with her murder. The suspects were arrested in Highland Park and had Brown’s cell phone.
WSU Police said Brown was found in her automobile close to the abandoned Packard Plant. Her vehicle was in a vacant lot. According to reports Brown died of a gunshot wound.
The Wayne County Medical Examiner’s Office recovered the body. Brown is a Waterford resident, and has three children.
