DEARBORN — On Tuesday, Jan. 27, three Detroit residents, Deardis Maddox, Calvin Williams and Diamond Mitchell were arraigned by 19th District Court Judge Mark Somers. Judge Somers set bond their bond at $100,000 cash for each. A preliminary exam is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 9 a.m.
On Sunday Jan. 26, Dearborn police officers responded to a number of business burglaries in the area of Warren and Schaefer. Police say the three broke into Dearborn Meat Market Friday, AB Kitchenware and the Station Sandwich Shop on Saturday. A number of stolen items were recovered. “These arrests have cleared multiple burglary cases and we are glad to have been able to put an end to this group’s criminal activities. The patrol officers are commended for their quick response and thorough search resulting in these arrests,” Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad said.
