DEARBORN — On Tuesday, Feb. 11, Dearborn Police arrested 26-year-old Qais Mohamed Salem in connection to the shooting of a 60-year-old resident that occurred Sunday, Feb. 9 at an apartment building in the 1800 block of Wyoming Street. The victim of the gunshot wound was immediately taken to a local hospital where he is reported to be in stable condition. “The Dearborn Police Department has a ‘Zero Tolerance’ approach to dealing with violent crimes of this nature and will expend all available resources to ensure the suspects are prosecuted,” Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad said.
