Dearborn — Dearborn police are seeking the public’s help to identify the perpetrators of a knife attack against a Southfield resident on Sunday, Feb. 16.
At approximately 2:15 a.m., on Feb. 16, Dearborn Police responded to a report of a man bleeding heavily in the area of Michigan Ave. and Neckel in the east side of the city.
On scene the officers found a 24-year-old Southfield resident bleeding heavily from multiple stab wounds. The man was transported to the hospital where he is currently in critical condition. The police department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s) in this incident. People who have information about the assault should call the department at 313-943-2241.
“Citizen Tips are vitally important to the successful identification of suspects, and we urge the public to be proactive with their help in this case,” said Dearborn police Chief Ronald Haddad.
