DEARBORN — Dearborn Police arrested Fady Soueidan, 43, of Dearborn Michigan in regards to a home invasion on Hampshire Court Saturday, Mar. 22. It is alleged that Soueidan forced his way into a house, stole a phone and assaulted his wife who had a Personal Protection Order against him.
Soueidan is an assistant principal at McCollough-Unis School, an elementary and middle school in Dearborn. Soueidan is on administrative leave, according to David Mustonen, a spokesperson for the school district.
Soueidan was arrested and charged with one count of home invasion 1st Degree, aggravated stalking, larceny in a building and domestic violence. He was arraigned on Tuesday, Mar. 25 by Magistrate Don Rivard of the 20th District Court in Dearborn Heights and given a preliminary exam date of April 4th at 9 a.m. with bond in the amount of $100,000.
He is also linked to another home-invasion case in Westland, that was filed Mar. 17, and included a count of intervening with a crime report according to a report.
