DEARBORN — A local resident could face up to 15 years in prison for criminal sexual conduct with a 14-year-old girl last May.
Hassan Kamel Mougnieh, 23, pleaded guilty last Wednesday in Wayne County Circuit Court to second-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a teen.
According to police reports, patrol officers arrested Mougnieh on May 14 in Taylor, when he was discovered being involved in sexual conduct with the minor in a minivan parked in a lot at Southland Center, 23000 Eureka.
Mougnieh was originally charged with two counts of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct and three counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct.
Mougnieh’s sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 9 before Judge David Groner.
