DEARBORN — on Tuesday, April 21, Mayor Jack O’Reilly congratulated newly promoted officers of the Dearborn Police Department. Joining him were Police Chief Ronald Haddad, Deputy Chief Tom Teefey, Capt. William Leavens and Commander David Robinson. O’Reilly also welcomed eight new officers to the police department.
