WASHINGTON — Donald Trump threatened to “spill the beans” about Ted Cruz’s wife after a super PAC ran an ad shaming the real estate mogul’s spouse for posing nude in photo shoot from 2000.

Melania Trump is a Slovene American jewelry designer and a former model.  

“Lyin’ Ted Cruz just used a picture of Melania from a G.Q. shoot in his ad. Be careful, Lyin’ Ted, or I will spill the beans on your wife!,” Trump tweeted Tuesday evening.

Cruz said he is not responsible for the online ad, which was published by by anti-Trump super PAC Make America Awesome.

However, the Senator from Texas slammed Trump for threatening to go after his wife, calling him a coward. 

“Pic of your wife not from us. Donald, if you try to attack Heidi, you’re more of a coward than I thought. #classless,” cruz wrote on Twitter.
