DEARBORN —On Friday, July 29, police officers responded to a report of a home invasion in progress on the 13000 block of S. Morrow Circle around noon. On scene, officers observed forced entry into the home and spoke to witnesses who provided descriptions of the suspects.
The officers quickly located the suspects, who were taken into custody without incident.
Three Detroit residents, Marco Abram, 18; Steven Howard, 18 and Alexis Esselman, 17, were arrested and charged with home invasion first degree.
Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad said crime of that nature will not be tolerated.
“These brazen acts destroy citizens’ quality of life and we will continue our proactive approach to apprehending criminals for crimes in progress,” he said.
