EAST LANSING — A diplomatic and educational program funded by Libya will now move from Michigan State University to American University in Washington, D.C. according to various reports, after it was announced that it will be re-started. 

Libya’s National Economic Development Board will reportedly bring back the two-year Visiting International Professionals Program. Some participating students had been forced to return to Libya but others remained and were given housing and other assistance from MSU.
