DEARBORN — About 50 people attended the grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony at Blue Café here on Monday. The hip lounge serves hookahs, in addition to beverages. Co- owner Mike Khodr said customers can bring their own food such as pizza or sandwiches or they can order from the restaurant next door, but no food is prepared at the Café. Khodr is also the co-owner of the Country Chicken restaurant in Dearborn which has been serving the community for years. “Small businesses are the backbone of our community,” said Dearborn City Councilwoman Suzanne Sareini.
