DEARBORN — The Dearborn Police Department and residents of the Duvall-Edison Neighborhood Association are teaming up in an effort to help restore the City’s neighborhood watch program. 

Last Wednesday an informal hearing took place at Duvall Elementary School, where residents were offered crime prevention tips.
