DEARBORN – Nawal Jabbar of the Arab American Community Center for Economic and Social Services Department’s Emergency Service Team was recognized by the Out Wayne County Homeless Services Coalition during its recent Homeless Awareness Week Recognition Luncheon. 

Jabbar has helped clients by providing translation services, utility assistance, clothing and medical services. “Ms. Jabbar’s cheerful, cooperative attitude, tireless commitment to clients and going above and beyond countless times make her a ‘Champion of the Cause,’” a representative from the coalition said.
