Mougnieh.

, a 23-year-old Dearborn man, was arraigned Friday, May 16 in Taylor’s 23rd District Court on five charges of criminal sexual conduct. Mougnieh is accused of having sex in a minivan with a 14-year-old girl. 

He was charged with two counts of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct, and three counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct. 

Mougnieh’s bond was set by Judge William Sutherland, who presided over the arraignment. The bond was immediately paid by family members. 

According to reports, just before 11 p.m. Wednesday, May 14 police were on patrol when they witnessed the minivan parked in a lot off of Eureka Rd.

A preliminary exam is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. May 28 at the 23 District  Court. Until then, Mougnieh is prohibited from being near minors without an adult present.
