DEARBORN — Students can now register for fall courses at Henry Ford College. The fall semester begins Thursday, Aug. 27.
HFC offers courses and programs that respond to the changing needs of students, community and corporate partners. In addition, HFC continues to develop relationships with industry sectors and organizations that provide new career and educational opportunities for students.
This fall, HFC will launch several new initiatives. One of these includes a new Supply Chain Management degree program and a new SCM technician certificate through its Business and Computer Technology Division. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to prepare for two nationally-recognized credentials through the Manufacturers Skill Standards Council, the Certified Logistics Associate and Certified Logistics Technician certifications.
HFC has also formed partnerships with Madonna University and Siena Heights University (SHU), creating a new University Center on its main campus. Through these partnerships, students can take classes through Madonna or SHU on the HFC campus. This helps them save money, work toward their undergraduate degree and remain close to home.
