DEARBORN – 28-Year-Old Ali Hussein Hammoud passed away on October 15 after undergoing a seizure attack.
Friends tell The Arab American News that Hammoud had battled a disorder for many years. On the morning of his death, he told family that he wasn’t feeling too well. A short time after that, he had a seizure attack.
Hammoud had lived in Dearborn and graduated from the University of Michigan Dearborn. He worked as a director at Quicken Loans in Detroit.
According to his co-workers, the company set up a payroll deduction for donations to his family.
Funeral services for Hammoud will be held at the Islamic Center of America on Friday, October 16 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. and Saturday October 17 from 9:30 a.m. to noon.
Hammoud will be buried at United Memorial Gardens in Plymouth on Saturday afternoon.
