BEIRUT — Nancy Ajram’s music video for her hit single “Ma Tegi Hena” (Why Don’t You Come Over Here) has broken the record for the most-watched Arabic music video on YouTube.
With more than a whopping 40 million views, Nancy proved that her music is still relevant and she’s on top of her game after more than a decade in the business.
The video was posted on March 20, 2014, as part of her “Nancy 8” album.
Ajram broke into fame after her 2003 single “Akhasmak Ah.” She has then became one of the most prominent female singers of the Middle East. She is often compared to Britney Spears with her playful style and continuous appeal.
