LIVONIA – A 57-year-old tailor is facing criminal sexual misconduct charges for allegedly inappropriately touching two of his customers.
Majed (Mark) Mohamad Wazni, a Dearborn resident, was charged on March 28 with two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct by Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy.
The charges involve victims in two separate incidents that took place on Feb. 12 and Feb. 27 at Allie Brothers, a uniform clothing store in Livonia, where Wazni fitted the men for their work clothes.
Wazni was arraigned in the 16th District Court in Livonia. Magistrate Barbara Scherr set his bond at $10,000 and he could post a 10 percent surety. He appeared for a probable cause conference on April 5 before Judge Sean Kavanagh. Another probable cause hearing was set for April 12.
