DONALD TRUMP was confident his lawyers would win the argument reinforcing his travel ban before the country’s highest court. But, following three legal losses Thursday and careful against facing yet another setback regarding his executive order banning travel to the US for people from seven Muslim-majority countries, the White House announced it would, rather, but a halt to the legal battle for the time being.
“We also have a lot of other options, including just filing a brand new order,” he said, according to the Associated Press.
“SEE YOU IN COURT, THE SECURITY OF OUR NATION IS AT STAKE!” the President had said on Twitter before the ruling at the appellate court Thursday.
Trump disclosed he was also thinking about strategies outside fighting to reinstate that ban.
According to the Associated Press, Trump said, “we also have a lot of other options, including just filing a brand new order.”
