DEARBORN – The Museum Guild of Dearborn’s seventh annual beer tasting fundraiser event will return this year on Friday, September 27 from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Dearborn Historical Museum’s Ross-McFadden House.
Tickets for the event are $20 in advance, or $25 at the door, and include admission, live entertainment and the first eight sample-sized beers from a variety of Michigan breweries. Tickets can also be used for wine and root beer.
Guests can pay to try out several food trucks or participate in a silent auction. Attendees can sample several different beers while supporting the Historical Museum
New this year, attendees will have the opportunity to view and purchase unique artwork created by participants from the Dearborn Sculpture Fest, a competition in which artists create sculptures out of recycled scrap metal. This opportunity was made possible by a partnership between the Historical Museum, the Dearborn Area Chamber of Commerce and The Glass Academy.
Tickets for the event can be purchased at www.thedhm.com or in-person at the Museum’s office. All proceeds benefit the Dearborn Historical Museum’s educational programs.
The event is sponsored by the Museum Guild of Dearborn.
