DEARBORN — The big horse has come to Dearborn.Popular Chinese restaurant chain P.F. Chang’s opened its first location in Dearborn on Monday, complete with two of its trademark 11-foot tall horse statues at its entrance. Not to mention the restaurant’s famous lettuce wraps, wok-cooked traditional entrees  and Great Wall of chocolate cake.The new 7,400-square-foot restaurant is in Fairlane Town Center, 18900 Michigan Avenue, near Macy’s, in place of the old Saks Fifth Avenue’s Off 5th outlet store.It will be open 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Mon.-Sat. and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sun.Call 313-429-2030 for reservations.Other area locations are at 17905 Haggerty in Northville Township, 17390 Hall in Clinton Township and at the Somerset Collection in Troy, 2800 West Big Beaver Road.
