DEARBORN — The Dearborn Public School District has announced the new assistant principal (A.P.) appointees. The board of education approved several new A.P.s during a meeting on Aug. 23. The following new A.P.s will begin work immediately for the 2010-2011 school year:

• Natasya Shajira, A.P., Henry Ford Elementary School, from A.P., Smith Middle School

• Danene Charles, A.P., O.L. Smith Middle School,  from A.P., Fordson High School

• Chadi Farhat, A.P., Fordson High School, from Teacher at Fordson High School

• Fady Soueidan, A.P., Lowrey Elementary and Middle School, from A.P., Miller-William Ford Elementary Schools

• Steven Saleh, A.P., Lowrey Elementary and Middle School, from A.P., Fordson High School

• Kristin Waddell, A.P., Maples Elementary School, from A.P., McCollough-Unis School

• Roni Abdulhadi, A.P., McCollough-Unis School, from teacher at Miller Elementary School

• Martha Burch, A.P., McCollough-Unis School, from A.P., Dearborn High School, McCollough-Unis School

• Carol Cizek, A.P., Stout Middle School, from A.P., Fordson High School
