DEARBORN —  The Zoning Board of Appeals has approved the building of two new hotels in the west end of Dearborn.

A Holiday Inn Express and a Staybridge Suites are to be built on vacant land on Michigan Avenue, near Telegraph Rad. Although construction will begin soon, no date has been set for the opening of the hotels. 

Each hotel will have more than 100 rooms, an indoor heated pool and an airport shuttle. In addition to the two hotels, a Country Inn & Suites is currently under construction on Michigan Avenue and is expected to open next month.
