DEARBORN — On Tuesday, members of the Arab American community met with Democratic candidate for governor, Mark Schauer at the Arab American National Museum here. The next race for governor of Michigan will officially kick-off in 2014.
Schauer was elected to represent Michigan’s 7th district in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2008, defeating incumbent Tim Walberg. In Congress, Mark was instrumental in rescuing the auto industry and saving jobs across the state.
